This Year's theme is:

"Colorado Food and Wine Adventures"

Join us in the garden of the historic McCarty-Fickel Home Museum for a wonderful summer evening of wine and food pairings. This year we will be pairing 7 Colorado wines with Spanish-style tapas dishes. Each wine will be described by your host, offering tasting notes for your palate consideration. While wine elements are predetermined; matching ingredients and cooking methods allows you to go beyond the sum parts of a meal and embark on a magical adventure. Come create a memorable experience under the stars with other gastronomic explorers. We proudly offer a menu created with locally- sourced, fresh, sustainable ingredients and Colorado produced wines.

After you’ve tasted the wines and picked your favorites – wine will be available for purchase by the glass and bottle. In between flights, relax in the garden and savor your wine while you listen to Rob Kleber playing Spanish classical guitar. Rob has performed at local venues including Berthoud Day numerous times, and internationally.
